Client Coordinator Job Description (Part-Time)
A client coordinator is responsible for scheduling appointments between N2 Publishing account executives and local businesses. A client coordinator contacts local businesses via the telephone to arrange the appointments. Candidates must be comfortable making 40-80 outgoing calls a day. Previous phone experience a plus, but not required. Training is provided. Flexible schedule. Client coordinators typically work from home between 15-20 hours weekly during regular business hours. Pay and advancement opportunities available.

N2 provides training and support for all client coordinators. Initial training is through a few short tutorial videos available to view online. Additional one-on-one training is done over the phone. Client coordinators are able to start working within 1-2 days after being accepted for the position.

There is no start-up cost for client coordinators who meet the requirements. While there is no cost for the training, client coordinators are not paid simply for going through the brief training program.
After the initial training, are there any meetings or ongoing training for client coordinators?
While initial training is brief, client coordinators will have continued support and training on a weekly basis. Additional training is provided through one weekly conference call on Monday mornings at 11:00 a.m. central, and on individual coaching calls.
