Training and support does not stop after your first month. It just shifts from the mere basics to the finer points of our industry. We have two weekly conference calls for all Area Directors, where recognition and teaching are the focus. In fact, Area Directors do most of the talking and teaching on these calls. Area Directors also have access to the N2 support staff, which is available Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm EST.
